Jacob’s career has led him to experience various commercial leadership roles, from running and selling an SME to fostering connections in a global legal network. He has a true passion for people and is a certified Executive Coach.
As our Customer Strategy and Growth Manager, Jacob leverages his strategic experience to support the company’s clients in creating purpose-led, person-centred, and values-based workplaces. His empathetic approach makes him a valuable asset in building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Jacob has an MBA from Durham University Business School and a Law degree from Nottingham Law School.
Outside of work, Jacob is a passionate sportsperson, playing elite-level amateur golf and participating in triathlons and road running events. He enjoys exploring new cultures through travel and delving into topics such as psychology, sociology, and communication.
