TCM training was recommended to me by someone I know, I researched the workplace mediation training and the information provided on the website was excellent. I chose a date that could work for me and booked the time off work and booked myself on the course a few months ahead. The pre-course call was clear and explained everything along with providing access to the delegate zone. The training was excellent and professionally delivered for professionals. The pace was good, the response to questions (there were a lot of questions) was excellent and never rushed. The practical work with other delegates was first class and the assessment was also exceptionally well run. All round experience was excellent. Would highly recommend.

This is my first training course with TCM. The experience has been very worth wild and the content was excellent. Elizabeth as the course tutor was excellent also. This is one of the best and most challenging courses I have ever done. I learned such a lot about myself and my own responses to conflict as well as how to mediate between others. The trainer was extremely knowledgeable and supportive.

I agreed to attend a two day mediation training course with TCM recommended by my Company . I have to say I wasn't that enthusiastic in attending but WOW what a great course, great presenter and I seriously really enjoyed the hands-on role play. I have to say the presenter was so good, she made the training interesting, funny at time with her humour and expertise. So pleased I attended and didn't duck out. I have done on to do mediation with some colleagues and look forward to the next time I'm needed.
