10 years ago, in 2013, our CEO and chief consultant David Liddle stood at The Law Society and presented our Resolution Policy to the assembled masses.
It’s taken ten years to get here but the Resolution Policy (grievance) and the Resolution Framework (discipline and grievance) have become game changers in the working world.
It’s all about flipping traditional discipline, grievance and performance procedures on their head in favour of more restorative, dialogue-driven and person-centred practices. It costs a lot less money, time and stress. Trust us.
So, to celebrate a decade of making people happier at work, we’ve asked our trusted partners to share their experiences of embedding resolution – big or small – into their own organisations.
Ian Siara, mediation lead at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust has said of their success: “the benefits of supporting individuals to find their own way forward are clear.”
Having now trained over 40 people to utilise valuable skills of mediation and facilitation, this mediation service has become an integral part of the Trust’s wider culture and leadership programme.
