Mark Booker is a seasoned and dynamic leader with more than three decades of experience across the military, human resources, and senior leadership roles both in the UK and internationally. Recognised for his empathetic, people-centred style, Mark is adept at supporting individuals and organisations through transformation, growth, and conflict resolution.
After receiving his Commission from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Mark embarked on a distinguished military career that served as a strong foundation for his transition into strategic HR leadership. His academic and professional credentials are equally impressive, holding a Master’s degree in Personnel Management & Development, alongside qualifications in coaching, mentoring, and workplace mediation. He is also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
Beyond his professional achievements, Mark is deeply committed to community development. He volunteers as an Enterprise Advisor, helping shape careers programmes in Lancashire schools, serves as a school governor at a local primary school, and coaches with the Recruit for Spouses Social Enterprise, championing employment opportunities for military spouses.
